At the start of the relationship, Cloud9 conducted a thorough assessment of Hall’s systems, and recommended that they switch out their legacy servers and adopt a far more modern cluster server system. This setup uses several servers working together, which means better uptime, reliability, and the ability to handle more work.

He says that prior to Cloud9, Hall was much more likely to experience an outage, which can cost the business thousands of dollars for each incident. “Now, with new servers and new security protocols, our efficiency and reliability has gone up,” he notes.
